Here's where my studio is now. I'm really grateful to have space completely separate from the rest of my house, where I can set up my gear and have space to create content and work on some personal projects.
I'll try to document the process of improving the studio space so that I can share it. I'm really excited about the projects I have coming this spring and summer and I am looking forward to having a comfortable space to share with you!
I'm glad that I have windows in my basement studio so that I can record video in natural light (and get varying white balance). It's nice to have the option. This basement also has much higher ceilings in it compared to my last house. Higher ceilings mean I have more room for light modifiers to create my own light for my images. I have a larger shooting space here compared to my last. I'll be able to have my shooting space, prep area, and my office all relatively close and separate from the rest of the living space of the house.
If you're excited to see what I've got coming up for this space, sign up for my email list. This is the best way to stay in the loop! Otherwise, let me know if the comments below what you think of my studio space so far.
